PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS
Two Main Approaches: Classical or More Modern (or a combination)
Classical, More Standardized Music Skills: Any teacher who is RCM certified. A teacher who usually prioritizes technique and a rich repertoire. Typically includes music pieces from different eras.
OR
A More Modern Approach: A teacher who usually prioritizes exploration and learning to play songs right away. Typically includes music pieces from popular, folk, or rock music.
